If you call and get our voice mail, please leave a detailed message and we will call you back as soon as we can.
Text Us Outside of Our Normal Office Hours:
- If you have an emergency on the trail, and desire to be picked up
- If you’re running late for a reservation
- If you need to cancel a reservation outside of our office hours
We will either text you or call you back as soon as possible.
Phone calls are preferred to lengthy text messages. Text messages work well for short messages. Sometimes we experience low cell signal along the Superior Hiking Trail, so a short text message would work well in that situation.
