If you are boarding or departing at a regular (times listed) stop, usually there is no reservation needed. However, on holiday weekends and during fall colors, it would be a good idea to make a reservation.
If you are boarding at a location outside the regular schedule, you must have a reservation. The only exception is if we are dropping a party at one of these locations and you happen to be there in need of transportation.
If you are boarding at a regular stop and desirous of departing at a non-regular stop, we strongly advise making a reservation. Most of the time we can accomodate this situation but we prefer to know about it ahead of time. The reason for this is if other reservations are made for subsequent stops, we can inform those parties we will be late. Thus, making a reservation is a common courtesy for both the driver and other customers.
